PROPERTY MANAGER
Carrie is an experienced property manager and Realtor with six years in the real estate industry, known for her strong attention to detail and proactive, hands-on approach. She specializes in overseeing condominium associations and capital projects, vendor coordination, and resident communications with reliability and transparency. Carrie is committed to delivering smooth operations, protecting property values, and providing a high level of service to boards and residents alike.
Robert
FINANCIAL MANAGER
Robert has built his career focusing on large Association financial review and reporting. Robert has a vast experience working within all levels of property managers from obtaining bids to preparing all financial statements. His experience has proven valuable with his Team in helping to ensure the Association he works with are performing well from a financial perspective as well as a Community and Board perspective.

Sasha comes to our office with a happy sense of moral and provides the team with ongoing furry entertainment.
